Nocetta Press is a brand of Rocksteady Marketing LLC, PO Box 44346, Boise, ID 83711. This page explains what this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
If you sign up for free pages
When you sign up we store your email address, the date, which form on the site you used, the exact wording you agreed to, and your approximate country (a two-letter code from your connection, not your location). The sign-up box must be ticked before we store anything.
We use your email only to send the free pages you asked for and occasional Nocetta Press news, such as a new book or new printable pages. We never sell or rent your email address.
If you buy a printable
Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page. Stripe collects your card details, email address and billing information. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us that the payment went through and shares the details we need to deliver your download and answer questions about your order, such as your email address, the amount and the date.
After checkout you return to a download page on this site, which checks with Stripe that the purchase was completed before showing your files. We also email a link to that page to the address you used at checkout, and if you lose it you can ask for it to be sent again to that same address. Stripe's privacy policy covers what Stripe does with your information.
Emails are sent through Resend. Links in our emails may be tracked, which tells us when a link was clicked so we can see what readers find useful. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. Emails about a purchase, such as your download link or a Stripe receipt, are part of the order and are still sent after you unsubscribe from news.
Who processes your information
- Vercel hosts the site and stores the paid download files. Like any web host, it handles basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and keep the site secure. It also runs our cookieless Web Analytics.
- Google runs Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Supabase stores the sign-up list.
- Resend sends our emails.
- Stripe processes payments.
These companies process data on our behalf to run the site. We do not use advertising trackers or tracking pixels, and the site does not set cookies for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
We use two analytics tools to see how the site is used, such as which pages people read and which sites send visitors here.
Vercel Web Analytics runs on every visit and does not use cookies. For each page view it records the page address (without most of the text after a “?” in the address), the site that sent you, your browser, operating system and type of device, and your approximate location (country, region and city, worked out from your connection). Vercel tells visits apart with an anonymous code made from the request and discards it after 24 hours, so it can’t follow you from one day to the next or across other websites. We only see totals.
Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, runs only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. It then sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by a code, which can last up to two years and let it recognize a returning browser. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, how long you stayed, your browser, device and screen size, and your approximate location. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. Our setup keeps Google signals and advertising features switched off, and we don’t use Google Analytics for advertising. Google handles this data for us under its terms. You can read Google’s privacy policy.
If you click Reject, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, Google Analytics does not load and sets no cookies. The site remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so it doesn’t ask on every page. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button below. If you switch to Reject, the site deletes its Google Analytics cookies. The download page you reach after buying a printable is not measured by either tool.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. You can also ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to hello@nocetta.com or to the postal address above. We keep sign-up records until you ask us to delete them, and purchase records as long as we need them for tax and accounting.
Children
This site is meant for adults, including parents buying books for their children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has signed up, write to hello@nocetta.com and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Questions are welcome at hello@nocetta.com.
